Returns & FAQ

We want to ensure that we provide you with a quality product that you are happy with. All of our products are produced on demand, meaning that each one is produced once when ordered. Because of this returns and exchanges cannot be accepted if you chose the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.
However, if you receive your product and it is damaged or if there is a clear issue with the quality we can replace it or refund it. In this case please provide clear photos of the product in question on a flat well lit surface, and include these in an email to terracottaaquarium@gmail.com. This is the fastest way to resolve the issue. Complete this within 30 days of product delivery.
